Berlin, Berlin..wir fahren nach Berlin!

Here're my berlin photos!!
love the place..it's the place where most of the modern world history lies. pretty disappointed tat i din get to visit the jewish memorial exhibition esp when i've passed by tat place for at least 4 times. =( but all in all, berlin is really an interesting place to be at, be it now or back in 1918. sehr "happening" place. it's a place where the SS and SA have marched, where Hitler has once lived and died. there's always so much to learn, so much to explore, so much to ponder abt..therefore resulting in me cant help but feel overwhelmed. the capital of germany indeed.

First of all..the BERLIN WALL!!
doesn't look as impressive as we tot isn't it? But imagine the helplessness of the many pple trapped on one side of the wall..while their loved ones n family are on the other side..for 28 yrs!!!! i've heard pple say.."oh, berlin wall is just a wall, nothing much to see."? is it really so? definitely not.

A cute little go-kart i saw..n in i hopped! =)

We went cycling for a good 7+ hours on the second day! it was physically straining as the both of us suffered from muscle aches here n there on the third day. but it was fun! cycling ard Berlin and stopping as n when we like. the weather tat day was however not too good..rained a little. cool. =)

On the third day, I went to the pergamon museum, the third reich tour (info overload!!) and jewish museum, leaving me with no time for holocaust exhibition..*grumbles again* =p haha it definitely was a mentally exhausting day! =)
